Karen - Body Bliss OwnerKaren Riley-Grant is a Certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with expertise in prenatal and postpartum fitness. As an accomplished tri-athlete, former collegiate varsity athlete, and mother, she understands what it means to slow down before and after a baby. Karen worked in corporate marketing for over 10 years prior to becoming a Certified Personal Trainer and franchise owner of Baby Boot Camp. Her discipline as a corporate executive and zeal for fitness and motherhood, are an ideal combination to helping expecting or new moms achieve their personal fitness goals.  Body Bliss blends both of her passions: family and a razor sharp emphasis on health & well-being! 

Karen lives in Half Moon Bay with her husband, Andy, daughter Phoebe and dog Cooper.
